Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.

We are the hearts of 40,000 caregivers and trusted by over 33,000 families.

Responsibilities include:

  1. One to one patient care in a home environment
  2. Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided
  3. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  4. Patient assessments, coordination of care
  5. Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Requirements include:

  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
