About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at CAVA - Florida. As a Grill Cook, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare top-quality food in our open kitchens, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order, adhering to our recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Restock cook stations and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a high level of quality.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Must be able to maintain near constant communication with multiple people.
