You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver full stack development work that supports the company's mission in highway safety, emergency messaging, and recruitment. The position is hybrid, requiring regular onsite presence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new features and services across the full stack in WordPress
  • Create solutions in WordPress that support positive, accessible user experiences in desktop and mobile environments
  • Debug and remediate security issues for public-facing applications
  • Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in WordPress application development
  • Proficiency in PHP coding and debugging
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of SQL
  • Understanding of REST API
  • Proven knowledge of back-end/infrastructure maintenance and optimization and UX/UI principles
  • Proven knowledge of secure coding practices
