Pantry Cook

Anthony's Restaurants is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pantry Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing all cold food items, including appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, and salads, in accordance with our high standards of quality and presentation.

• Prepare all cold food items, including appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, and salads, in strict adherence to recipe and plate presentation specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the safe handling and proper storage of food products, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, preferably one that serves seafood, is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, communicate clearly, and follow written and oral directions.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for periods of up to four hours, bend, stoop, and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.

Competitive hourly rate of $22.00 + tips. Full-time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have the option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account, while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company's 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment. Paid Time Off is available for all front-of-house employees and accrued at 1 hour for every 26 hours worked.
