About the Role
We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated Educational Support Specialists to join our team in Millbrae, CA. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and personal development, working closely with teachers and school administrators to ensure a high-quality learning environment.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing instructional support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and small groups
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment
  • Supporting students with special needs, including those with behavioral or physical challenges

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited institution
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience working with students in a school setting, preferably with those who have special needs
  • Training in behavior management and crisis intervention (Preferred)
