Radiation Therapist candidates will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Operate advanced radiation therapy equipment, such as linear accelerators, to deliver precise treatment to patients.
  • Collaborate with oncology teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.


Job Qualifications:

Radiation Therapist candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Completion of formal therapeutic radiologic technology training at an accredited institution.
  • National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
  • California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.


Preferred Qualifications:

Radiation Therapist candidates with specialized training in diametric techniques and physics of treatment planning are preferred.
