Key Responsibilities
  • Participant Support: Provide check-in services for participants, including completion of drug screens and breath analysis as required.
  • Case Coordination: Assist Behavior Change Managers with case coordination, communication with official agencies, and preparation of reports.
  • Program Facilitation: Facilitate evidence-based CBT programs and other life skills programs to participants in groups each week.
  • Data Entry: File, prepare charts, and perform data entry as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • College coursework in Human Services or Business discipline preferred.
  • Minimum six months experience in the Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and good organizational abilities.
  • Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
