Salary and Benefits
The pay package for this role includes a competitive hourly rate based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount determined after confirmation. Job Description
In this Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor position, you will be responsible for extending bedside care to patients who are coping with illness, injury, or other medical or surgical circumstances. This includes assessing their condition, administering medication, changing dressings, monitoring vitals, and documenting in patient charts. You will also provide continued support and education to patients, promoting their overall health and ensuring they have the tools to adequately recuperate and prevent further health issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in a specialty such as medical/surgical rehabilitation. Your skills should include strong assessment and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
