About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Control Specialist to join our team at Atlas Advisors, LLC. As a key member of our project control team, you will play a critical role in driving exceptional project outcomes for our clients.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our project managers and stakeholders to develop cost models that drive smart decisions for our projects. You will support our budgeting and forecasting needs, helping us stay agile and responsive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimating & Pricing: Develop cost models that inform project decision-making and ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Create project schedules that meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze project performance metrics to uncover insights that drive improvement and optimize project delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Between 0–5 years of relevant experience (we welcome early-career professionals ready to grow with us).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to distill complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other essential software tools.
  • The ability to work well with diverse teams and handle multiple priorities.
  • US Work Authorization and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
