Job Summary:

The Intensive Family Coordinator will provide professional case management services and direct advocacy to families. This role involves completing family assessments, creating individualized service plans, and providing services for the truancy program in the school district.

The successful candidate will possess excellent people skills, creativity, and energy, as well as expertise in truancy, school issues, and family dynamics. They will be responsible for building a network of support for each youth and family referred, utilizing informal supports drawn from resources found in the home neighborhoods.

This position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage. The Intensive Family Coordinator will report to the Director of the Program and will be required to work nights and weekends, as well as provide 24/7 crisis support to the caseload.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Experience working with youth
