Job Description

At Kaleidoscope ABA, we are seeking a highly motivated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a home or clinic setting with children and adolescents who require behavioral management and support.

We are committed to providing individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child. Our team works closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy in a home or clinic setting with children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Monitor and document client progress, providing regular updates to parents and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including BCBA clinicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide crisis management and support to clients and their families as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current RBT certification through the BACB.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
