We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Contracts Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Hello Auto Group in Valencia, California. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about contracts and has prior dealership/accounting experience.

As an Automotive Contracts Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing elements of the contracts processes, policies, and procedures. This includes processing contracts and vehicle sales documents, Dealer-Trades, and after-market cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper billing of all vehicles sold, collecting vehicle receivables, processing floor plan requests and payments, and performing account reconciliation and journal entries.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 2 weeks paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, 6 paid sick days, paid bereavement leave, and 2 paid volunteer days. We also offer free basic life insurance, contribute to your 401K retirement savings plan, and provide an extremely competitive employee purchase program.

Our ideal candidate will have prior dealership/accounting experience, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Sheets. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be working closely with the Business Office Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
