Account Manager

As a key member of our team, the Account Manager plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation:

$42, $65,850.00 per year
