Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Professional Contraceptive Care Specialist to join our team at Upstream USA. As a key member of our Practice Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of our technical assistance and quality improvement program with partnering healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of our technical assistance and quality improvement program with partnering health care agencies.
  • Lead partnership engagement and manage overall project relationships for Upstream, coordinating with assigned practice transformation staff.
  • Ensure health center locations have best-known practice guidance, resources, and tools to meet goal of increasing access to high-quality contraceptive care.
  • Work with healthcare organizations to uplift contraceptive care services and drive exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Confident and proactive self-starter who is skilled in taking initiative and working well independently.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of adaptability to work in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and builds positive, productive relationships with colleagues, staff, consultants, and clients.
  • Solid work ethic and a team player attitude.
  • Able to attend work-related in-person meetings and functions as needed.

Benefits:

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience level and qualifications. Final offers will be based on multiple factors including market compensation analysis, position requirements, candidate's experience level, and internal pay equity considerations.
