Lead Full Stack Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and optimization of our web-based application. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Python, and Next.js will be instrumental in delivering a high-quality software solution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of the entire application stack, including user interface development, server-side logic, and API integration.
* Responsible for server-side logic, API integration, database interactions, and frontend development.
* Provide technical leadership and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver a high-quality software solution.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and implement system enhancements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
* 7+ years working as a Full Stack Developer on a collaborative team.
* Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Python.
* Proficiency in Next.js and React Framework.
* Experience with DevOps and GitHub Actions, Azure cloud services, and GCP.
