Customer Service Coordinator

Summit Fire & Security is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch support team, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and general office support to the branch, including being the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Assist with various tasks, such as processing certificates of insurance, preparing mail, and tracking office supplies.
• Coordinate with the billing department, accounting, and other front-end administration to communicate COD accounts and other pertinent information.
• Support human resources with onsite protocol, including sending payroll and preparing new hire materials.
• Utilize assigned organization systems to assist team members with functionality and act as the local SME.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
