Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $15,500 to $19,390 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.*

Job Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of facility cleanliness and appearance by performing routine cleaning tasks on a daily basis. Your duties will include:

  • Evaluating problems and implementing appropriate resolutions as it relates to cleaning services.
  • Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
  • Protecting residents and employees by adhering to infection control policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Keeping the residence clean by removing trash, newspapers, and recyclables.
  • Cleaning, discharging, and transferring with proper cleaning protocol.
  • Ensuring responsiveness to residents' needs by restocking housekeeping cart at end of each shift.
  • Removing soiled linens from patient beds and transporting to soiled holding area.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
