Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Novant Health Pediatrics Coddle Creek. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the provider to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective service and care for our patients.

About the Role

The Clinical Lead will serve as a key member of our healthcare team, working closely with clerical practice departments and physicians to address issues and concerns. This role requires strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist the provider in ensuring safe, quality, and cost-effective service and care for patients
  • Maintain communication with clerical practice departments and physicians to address issues and concerns
  • Model leadership qualities for other team members
  • Work with a sense of urgency, ownership, and accuracy to coordinate and assist the provider
  • May order or assist with ordering clinical supplies, linens, pharmaceuticals, and maintain inventories and required logs/documentation
Requirements
  • CMA certification from a recognized organization (e.g., AAMA, NHA, AMT)
  • Previous experience in a medical setting preferred
  • Alternative work experience may be considered for eligibility to take certification exams
