About the Job

We are seeking highly motivated owner operators with their box trucks or sprinter vans to join our team at Off Max Logistics LLC. As a driver-oriented company, we understand the importance of our drivers in the transportation industry and strive to provide them with the best opportunities to succeed.

Salary and Benefits

Our owner operators can earn between $1,000 and $3,000 per week, depending on the number of miles driven. We offer weekly pay via direct deposit, as well as other benefits such as flexible scheduling and no forced dispatch.

Job Requirements
  • You must own a sprinter van or small straight truck under 10,000 pounds in GVWR (14 feet and below) and be able to provide proof of ownership.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record.
  • You must meet all legal qualifications required to carry out the work, including a background check.
  • At least 21 years old and able to speak, read, and write in English.
Equipment Requirements
  • Your vehicle must be from 2010 onward and have a clean cargo space.
  • No decals or any signs of excessive wear and tear are allowed.
