Job Summary:

At Walmart, we're looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, dispensing medications, and working closely with our customers to ensure their health and wellness needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing medications, counseling patients, and responding to customer inquiries

• Work closely with our customers to understand their health and wellness needs, and provide personalized solutions and recommendations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, medications, and other relevant information

• Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, including new medications, treatments, and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)

• Pharmacy license (by job entry date)

• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
