Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

The Resident Billing and Revenue Management Specialist will be responsible for generating monthly bills for all SNF residents, reconciling daily census, verifying insurance coverage, and managing private pay and miscellaneous cash receipts. They will also complete risk assessments for current SNF residents to determine Medicaid eligibility and deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
