Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Knott's Berry Farm. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of food and beverage products.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, as needed.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining areas, and surrounding spaces.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in food and beverage management preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or training.
