About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Emergency Room Concierge to support our veterinary team in delivering exceptional care to our patients and their families. As an ER Concierge, you will play a vital role in managing communications and processes that ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure primary vet records are attached and the rDVM is entered into ezyVet
  • Prepare and review treatment plans with clients
  • Act as a client advocate regarding care and finances
  • Collaborate with Doctors and clinical team to facilitate approved treatments and diagnostics
  • Manage multiple software systems for incoming ER patients (ezyVet, ER Express, Smartflow, TEAMS)
  • Process payments/refunds for ER clients
  • Ensure that all client and rDVM information is documented in ezyVet
  • Oversee triage process and ER Room assignments
  • Oversee where our clients are located (home, lobby, examination room, etc.)
  • Provide updates to owners when the wait time is longer than anticipated and communicate current updates in a timely manner
  • Review invoices prior to discharge, making sure that all charges are captured for services provided
  • Prepare and review euthanasia paperwork with owners
  • After medical update for inpatients have been given, review continued care treatment plan and collect deposit if needed.

Shift Info:

Sunday - Tuesday, 12-hour shifts, Daytime

Compensation range:

$22.50 hourly
