Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Mobile Electronics Technician to join our team at Best Buy. As an essential part of our Autotech Agents, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining mobile electronics solutions in customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install standard mobile electronic solutions including T-harness remote starts, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers, and in-dash units
  • Verify vehicle make and model and communicate any compatibility concerns prior to installation
  • Use provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Acquire and maintain required certifications
Requirements:
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience installing car electronics
  • Prior retail experience
