Document Specialist

Care Dynamics, LLC is seeking a skilled Document Specialist to join our team in Duluth, GA. As a Document Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing documents for scanning, ensuring high accuracy, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents to meet high-quality standards.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently within deadlines.
- Managing machine performance, including resolving jams, refilling toner, and reporting equipment issues.
- Maintaining an organized workspace to prevent errors during document assembly.
- Meeting production goals by achieving the required Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate.
- Completing all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic PC and typing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime, based on work volume.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when required.
About the Job:
This is an onsite contractor position with the potential for permanent employment after 320 hours worked. You will have the opportunity to work with various clients, gaining diverse experience and developing your skills in document preparation and assembly.

- Competitive hourly pay of $14.28/hr with an additional reward amount of $1.02/hr.
