Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional support to our accounting and financial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and reconcile financial transactions and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including accounting, finance, and operations teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
