About This Role

We are seeking a Medical Care Associate to join our team. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses to meet basic patient needs and support their overall well-being.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Assistance with Daily Tasks: Perform routine tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
  • Nutritional Support: Assist patients with eating, drinking, and setting up meal trays.
  • Mobility Support: Help patients with walking, using assistive devices, and implementing fall prevention measures.
  • Personal Hygiene Support: Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including using the bathroom and washing hands.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Meet Educational Requirements: Completion of a Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant or Nursing Fundamentals course.
  • Gain Relevant Experience: Previous nursing assistant, medical assistant, or related experience preferred.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $35,000 and $45,000, depending on your location and level of experience.
