Senior Litigation Counsel

At Hardt Stern & Kayne PC, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Counsel to join our team. With over 35 years of experience in providing top-notch legal services, our boutique law firm is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of commercial litigation matters, from start to finish, including client interviews, pleadings, discovery, and trial. You'll have direct contact with clients and attorneys on the other side of the case, allowing you to gain valuable experience and grow your career.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in Illinois, and have at least 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney. Preference will be given to those with litigation experience in real estate, corporate law, contracts, employment, trust and estates, and/or finance.
