Cafe Ambassador

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping others and loves connecting with other people. As a Cafe Ambassador, you'll introduce customers to our best-in-class services, create memorable experiences, and drive brand awareness at our Cafes.

1. Bring the cafe experience and our brand to life by helping to create an inclusive environment where all customers and team members feel welcome.
2. Proactively engage with customers and the community in all areas of the cafe, whether it's helping with tech challenges, showing off our cool services and products, or having deeper conversations about their financial journeys.
3. Guide customers through goal setting by meeting them where they are and advocating for better financial literacy through discovery and Capital One resources.
4. Be a team player and work with an energized team of ambassadors helping to inspire teammates as they inspire you.
5. Stay curious, adaptable, and have a desire to learn and grow through self-development.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.

PREFERRED qualifications include:

• An Associate's degree.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
