Leading Speech Therapist for School-Based Team

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Plains, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify areas of need.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, promoting effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive support.
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings to drive student success.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license is mandatory.
- ASHA CCC is highly preferred, demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
