Job DescriptionVG Systems recognizes the challenges faced by military spouses in their careers. Our MilSpouse - A VGS Growth Program aims to provide remote, flexible work opportunities while connecting employees with resources and benefits to help them reach their career goals.

Military spouses are highly qualified for a wide range of careers, yet they often face barriers such as lack of childcare, lack of support, and frequent PCSs. Our program helps define goals and purpose, and then connects spouses with resources and benefits to assist them in reaching those goals.

As an employee in the program, you will be assigned a paid position and will have access to our network of resources and benefits. Responsibilities include attending weekly group meetings and individual meetings, fulfilling trainings in a timely manner, completing tasks assigned to your role, contributing to group projects, and engaging the military spouse community.

Members of the program will have access to our network of resources and benefits, including workshops, trainings, and opportunities to contribute to the military spouse community.
