Job Overview

Amen Clinics, Inc., a medical corporation, seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, management, and delivery of technical projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely, within-budget, and scope-compliant results.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria, while leading cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA analysts, and designers.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and review code as needed to support project delivery, troubleshoot technical challenges, and design effective test plans for high-quality deliverables.
  • Risk Management and Escalations: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, manage escalations, and unblock obstacles to ensure seamless project progress.
  • Documentation and Innovation: Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, requirements, and post-mortem analyses, while driving innovation by working with customers to develop scalable and secure solutions for Amen Clinics' growing needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience and Education: 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience in the healthcare or technology industry, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Software Development and Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Asana, and experience with software development using technologies like Sage Intacct, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Domo, Power BI, Genesys Purecloud, Wordpress, Shopify, Adobe Commerce, and AdvancedMD.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Work Environment: Ability to work extended hours when needed and occasionally required to travel for remote office installs, upgrades, or moves.
  • Physical Demands: Sitting for long periods, frequent typing, viewing computer screens, use of hands and fingers with machines, and occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, or bending.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.
