Job Summary:

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and preferably hold ASHA certification (CCC-SLP). They will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and administering therapy targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs

  • Develop tailored treatment plans to address each client's objectives

  • Administer evidence-based therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language difficulties

  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with diverse populations

As a Therapeutic Communication Specialist at Soliant, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
