Job Overview

The National Sales Executive consults with T-Mobile for Business (TFB) prospective clients to develop and articulate the 5G Value Proposition, IT Vision, Transformation Strategy, and business cases to achieve desired objectives. They provide expert support to T-Mobile's Strategic, Enterprise, and Government sales teams, focusing on large multi-year deals exceeding $30M with both current and prospective customers. As a visionary with technical, sales, consulting, and business analysis expertise, they collaborate with C-Level Executives to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and other Teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements into actionable plans for building, closing, and launching 5G and Telecom Solutions for customers.
  • Assist in deal qualification by leveraging market/industry knowledge and technology trends.
  • Provide thought leadership and participate in early deal pursuit and account planning.
  • Pursue multi-year, large deals exceeding $30M.
  • Present technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Coordinate the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and other proposals for clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field (Required)
  • More than 10 years of experience in sales, consulting, and/or transformation initiatives (Required)
  • 2-4 years of experience leading large multi-year deals exceeding $30M (Required)

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $150,900 and $272,100, inclusive of target incentives, with a base pay range of $90,540 to $163,260. The actual starting pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
