About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Repsol Renewables NA. This role will be responsible for driving the development of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the Eastern U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate land rights agreements with landowners, including surface leases, easements, crossing agreements, and mineral waivers.
  • Secure local, state, and federal permits and authorizations required to construct and operate projects.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to progress technology selection, project design, and engineering.
  • Manage project level expenditures and invoice processing.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of project development experience in the energy industry, preferably in renewable energy.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
