Position Overview:
As a vital member of our coffee service team, you will be responsible for the stocking, preparation, and serving of high-quality coffee and pastries. You will embody our core values of Commitment, Integrity, and Excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertly prepare, maintain, and serve a variety of coffee beverages
  • Ensure all condiments and utensils are well-stocked
  • Maintain the freshness and superior quality of all products
  • Uphold cleanliness standards in both serving and dining areas
  • Operate cash registers and manage credit card transactions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with established standards
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred
  • Experience in coffee preparation, food handling, and customer service is advantageous
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Certifications:
Must obtain and maintain any required certifications and licenses as per local regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient in operating various coffee-making equipment and utilizing ingredients
  • Strong mathematical skills and cash handling abilities
  • Capable of measuring and managing liquid and powder quantities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with company policies and departmental regulations
  • Ability to uphold service standards consistently
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise
  • Able to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Capable of standing and walking for the duration of shifts
