Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality care and services to our clients, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and employee performance.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing quality care and overall client satisfaction
  • Supervising and providing guidance to caregivers who provide direct care to clients
  • Managing employee scheduling, identifying problem situations, and implementing proactive solutions
  • Maintaining strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients
  • Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Conducting periodic home visits and safety checks


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or a related field of study (per regulatory requirements)
  • Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service skills

Additional Information

This position entails local travel. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a good driving record, be willing to travel up to approximately 50 miles, and be bilingual (Spanish).
