We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech in Peoria, IL. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

• Assess patient's status through interview, observation, and physical assessment of actual problems and outcomes.
• Develop an individualized plan of care using a collaborative approach with the patient/family and healthcare team.
• Use appropriate interventions identified in the plan of care to achieve expected patient outcomes.
• Systematically evaluate and document patient's progress toward expected outcomes/goals on an ongoing basis throughout the shift.
• Modify plan of care based on evaluation and as needed based on changes in patient condition.
• Complete required documentation as appropriate, including patient chart and event reports.

• 1.5 years of current OR experience in a hospital setting.
• Scrubbing experience strongly encouraged.
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications.
• Illinois state license.
• IL RN License must be in hand at upload.

Call schedule and on-call requirements include 2 days a week and 2 weekends a month.
