We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Chipola Health and Rehabilitation Center. This part-time role will be responsible for maintaining the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain the facility and its equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance services, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure resident comfort and convenience by maintaining a clean and safe environment.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience as a building trade helper, apprentice, or equivalent preferred.
  • Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated individual with a focus on quality workmanship.
