We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Growth Specialist to join our team at Tonic. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for managing brand partnerships, working with our production team to manage influencers, and creating and hosting events for our team and extended community. You will also design rituals for the team, curate a culture of deepening relationships between team members, and develop growth ideas to collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering teams. If you're passionate about community-led growth, product analytics, and metrics, and have a deep empathy and understanding of our community, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage brand partnerships to host Tonic Challenges, create digital goods, and sponsor live conventions.
  • Work with our production team to manage influencers and build content for YouTube and Tonic.
  • Create and host events for Tonic team and extended community, such as poker nights, board game nights, or happy hours.
  • Design rituals for the team and curate a culture of deepening relationships between team members.
  • Develop growth ideas and collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering teams to execute.
  • Conduct research on customer segmentation, pricing, and GTM.
  • Explore new community initiatives and develop and execute on new strategies.
