Regional Construction Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Construction Manager to lead our Southern Colorado operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the performance of our regional team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and communicate strategic plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with the marketing department to support regional brand standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of leaders and managers, ensuring exceptional building experiences and high-quality results.
  • Oversee regional operations, including preconstruction, field operations, and office services, ensuring compliance with company protocols and processes.
  • Drive the Lean process and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve regional and company-wide goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in preconstruction and/or project management or field superintendent-related work experience.
  • Living within the Southern Colorado region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent education and training.
  • Experience building hospitals and K-12 schools upwards from $40M-$100M.
  • Experience as a PX or Regional Manager.
  • Team leader with experience overseeing an office of 40 people.
  • Business development experience.
