About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Southeast Michigan, focusing on major accounts and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions to large enterprises.

The successful candidate will possess strong relationships with CISOs and other senior executives, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. They will be comfortable selling a portfolio of products and services, and able to translate complex technical concepts into opportunities for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with major accounts
  • Negotiate and bring to closure agreements that exceed booking and revenue quota targets
  • Establish trust with decision-makers at key prospect accounts and maintain existing relationships with CIOs and CISOs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visibility and drive engagement with target accounts
  • Work with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in field sales capacity at large enterprise level in cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated experience in global automotive market with target account selling, product-based solution selling model
  • Capable of closing 7-figure global deals in solutions and services opportunities
  • Proven successful track record meeting and/or exceeding individually owned quota and performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and/or SaaS technologies and competitive offerings
  • Significant experience developing relationships with senior executives and alliance partners
  • Aptitude in cybersecurity market, understanding how technology products solve business problems
  • Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
