LPN Med Surg, Trauma, Surgery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled LPN II to join our Medical Surgical team at St. Anthony Hospital. As a Medical Surgical LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current LPN license in the state of Colorado.
- Two years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing, preferably in a trauma or surgical setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- State IV certification within three months of hire.
