Behavioral Health Care Coordinator

The Behavioral Health Care Coordinator will play a critical role in this mission by providing care management services to members, including coordination of care and behavioral health consulting.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing telephonic care management services to Kansas Medicaid members, with some field responsibilities as needed.
- Assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements.
- Identifying solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
- Coordinating transitions between various areas of care.
- Obtaining information from providers and coordinating services amongst provider groups.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field, and be licensed to practice in the State of Kansas.
