Nourishment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Nourishment Specialist to join our team at Creative Montessori Academy. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our students through the provision of nutritious meals.

About the Role:

• The Nourishment Specialist will oversee the preparation, packaging, and distribution of school meals, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and hygiene.
• This role involves collecting cash for reduced-price meals and full-paid meals, as assigned, and accurately accounting for funds collected.
• The successful candidate will maintain food preparation and dining areas at ratings exceeding state standards, guaranteeing a clean and safe environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the preparation, packaging, and distribution of school meals.
2. Collect cash for reduced-price meals and full-paid meals, as assigned.
3. Maintain accurate records of funds collected for meals.
4. Maintain food preparation and dining areas at ratings exceeding state standards.
5. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through student participation rates and by student and adult ratings.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid record of punctuality verified by reference checks.
