Job Summary

We are seeking a Bakery Associate to join our team at Pilot Flying J. As a Bakery Associate, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bakery products in accordance with our recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quality product per recipe and preparation schedule
  • Maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customer demand
  • Manage and prep food safely to prevent contamination and ensure a clean working environment
  • Evaluate the quality of all bakery products and take corrective action as needed
  • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen area
