SalaryWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Job DescriptionAs an Executive Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of special events, including conceptualization, planning, coordination, and execution. Your primary goal will be to deliver unforgettable experiences for our discerning clients, while ensuring seamless operations and exceeding their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of two years' experience in special event planning, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, as well as attention to detail and organizational prowess
- A warm, engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and think creatively
