Luxury Spa Therapist

The Allison Inn & Spa, nestled in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley, is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious spa environment, surrounded by the natural beauty of wine country. As a Licensed Massage Therapist at The Allison Spa, you will have the chance to provide exceptional guest experiences and contribute to the success of our esteemed resort.

We offer a competitive hourly base wage of $15.95 per hour, with average pay ranging from $63.00 to $72.00 per hour, including gratuities.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing relaxing yet effective body massages utilizing various techniques and modalities.
• Offering body wraps, exfoliating scrubs, and hydrotherapy services – with training provided.
• Maintaining the neatness, sanitation requirements, and professionalism of treatment rooms after each guest visit, as well as the dispensary and prep areas.
• Following established standard guidelines for treatment procedures and protocols.
• Demonstrating a positive, pleasant, and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues alike.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A current Oregon Massage Therapy License.
• Proficiency in charting and client prescription documentation.
• A variety of bodywork techniques.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills with all team members.

You must be able to stand or sit for extended periods and have complete range of motion with no physical limitations restricting movement.
