Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, including staff supervision, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.
  • Ensure that our facility meets the highest standards of quality and safety, including compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing home administration, with a strong background in staff supervision and regulatory compliance.
  • Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and make informed decisions.
