NICU Team Lead Nurse Position in Concord, North Carolina

Job Description & Requirements- Skillfully coordinate patient care and daily operations in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality patient care
- Assist with interview, selection, and supervision of nursing personnel
- Maintain clinical and professional competency through ongoing education and training
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our NICU team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence in patient care
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you must possess:
- A current RN licensure in North Carolina
- A minimum of two years of experience in a neonatal or pediatric intensive care unit
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
